That Northface coat treated you well this winter. Those sturdy rainboots did their duty. Your elastic-waisted sweatpants were a trusted friend.
Now give them the night off.
A Sensible Theater Co. is hosting a night of fashion, festivities, and much-needed frivolity! “Rush the Runway” will be a party to dress up—or down—for, with amazing live performances from the sexy talents of Hisam Goueli, Lily Verlaine, and Eric Esteb, while DJ MIXX America takes you to church on the dancefloor.
Raid your closet and dig out that head-turning dress or that luscious jacket you’ve always wanted an excuse to wear. Shake her off. Try her on. Take her for a spin and get ALL the Instagram life. This will be a body-positive event celebrating the diversity and creativity of the queer community. Allies welcome!
- When: Friday February 16th, from 8-11pm
- Where: Fremont Foundry
- Why: your ass never looked better
Your $40 general admission includes a free drink ticket. As if that wasn’t enough to hook you, the night also offers you free Top Pot Doughnuts and Dick’s Burgers.
Mouth: watering. Panties: sopping. Boots: made for walking. Just bring cash for the bar, which will feature local wine, beer, and liquor.
All proceeds will help fund the production of A Sensible Theater Co.’s upcoming musical, PAGEANT, coming to the ACT stage this summer.
Bring your friends, bring your sizzle, and bring your LEWK, honey. Buy tickets here.
