Thursday July 30 – Dog Night
Dogs are always welcome at the Olympic Sculpture Park, but tonight it’s all about the pets you adore. Celebrate your canine companions with treats and activities during this special night of puppy love.
Pet owners are asked to please clean up after your dogs. There will also be water bowls placed along Z Path so visiting pets can stay hydrated. All dogs must be on a six-foot leash. Only service animals are allowed in the PACCAR Pavilion.
With their signature blend of Americana rock, this dynamic Seattle-based quintet fills timeless melodies with modern lyrics, heady harmonies, and wailing pedal steel guitar. Vaudeville Etiquette’s live performances shift from energetic anthems to wistful ballads and back again.
“Animal Portrait Hybrids” art activity with Janet Fagan
Seattleites love their dogs and so do we! Celebrate the pets we adore by transforming Polaroid photographs of your dog into hybrid animal collages or honor your pooch by turning your mug into your pug, with artist Janet Fagan.
Spend the rest of the evening drawing! Capture the sculptures, plant life, and beautiful views of the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound through self-guided drawing.
My Favorite Things: Highly Opinionated Public Tour
My Favorite Things tours bring some of the most opinionated and fascinating artists, cultural producers, and community figures into the galleries to discuss their favorite works of art.
Seattle Humane’s MaxMobile
The MaxMobile is a 38-foot bright yellow bus full of adoptable animals – and it’s headed to the Olympic Sculpture Park!
Grab a bite and have a drink from Taste and some of Seattle’s best food trucks.
