Seattle Dyke March Planning Meeting
October 29, 2018 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Dyke March planning meeting.
Join us as we begin to plan for the 2019 Seattle Dyke March.
Are you looking for intersectional feminist queer activism to be a part of? Join us.
We are grass roots and do a few fundraisers a year (like speed dating, a dance with Century Ballroom and other events). We fight mission creep and focus on putting on the March and Rally but we’re open to new ideas to supplement Dyke March day with inclusive activities or different approaches to the rally and march.
If you want to be involved in community organizing but don’t know where to start, come join us. Part of what we do is amplify the voices of other organizations, artists and performers, so in addition to learning the ropes of organizing, you’ll learn about other avenues for involvement.
