Producer bio – She is FIERCE: stories from the femme and female perspective” is a recurring storytelling event where female identified individuals tell their personal stories onstage. Every storyteller develops and performs their story based on the same theme, and has the option to either tell their story solo, or collaborate with a dance, theatre, music, or visual artist to create a more theatrical piece. She is FIERCE’s mission is to provide a creative platform for female identified individuals of every demographic to talk about their experiences. We founded this project because we value what women and female identified individuals have to say. We value what they’ve been through, what they’ve laughed at, loved, lost, learned, and conquered. And we want to hear more from them. We want every woman to feel like their voice is heard and appreciated, that their story matters.
