1200 Bistro Reopens Aug 28

The longtime owner of Deluxe Bar & Grill on Broadway Ave purchased 1200 Bistro and felt immediately motivated to close for a short time in order to obtain some new staff and revamp things – see the Seattle Times article. According to that article the new owner stated that “‘The [bistro’s] M.O. is established, and we’ll keep that format. We’ll try to keep it upscale, but bring the menu price-point down.'” Still upscale but lower prices? Sounds great. Can’t wait to see what the new 1200 Bistro is like on August 28.
