While none of the hotels in downtown are specifically “gay” all would be considered “gay friendly.”
W Seattle and Hotel Monaco in downtown that are both very hip and very gay friendly.

W Seattle is particularly popular with gay tourists.
Hotel Monaco is across the street from W Seattle and was a sponsor of the Pride Parade in June. It is a very hip hotel offering guests a goldfish during their stay.
Renaissance Seattle Hotel is also centrally located in downtown.
Marriott Seattle Waterfront is a newer hotel right on Seattle’s waterfront.
SpringHill Suites Seattle Downtown is relatively inexpensive and located near Capitol Hill.

Crown Plaza Seattle is another high rise hotel but even one block closer than the Renaissance Hotel. There are frequent specials at this hotel chain.

The Sheraton Seattle’s renovation is nearly complete making it a good choice.
Grand Hyatt Seattle is an excellent choice with its upscale interior and oversized soaking tubs. Or their state of the art fitness center.
Both the Sheraton and the Hyatt are “arguably” within walking distance of the gay clubs. About 10 blocks uphill will get you to Broadway Ave and Pike Street.
Pike Street Suites (formerly Summerfield Suites) is even closer, right where Capitol Hill starts on Pike Street.
