The Knights of Malta is a non-profit social charitable Organization. The Jet Chapter operates as a non-profit corporation under the laws of the state of Washington. The Jet Chapter was formed in Seattle in 1972 as the Knights of Malta Club.
The Jet Chapter – Knights of Malta was incorporated March 26, 1974 and has remained an active corporation since that date.
