It’s #1 vs. #2 in the unexpected battle in Seattle by the top two gay parties in town being hosted on the very same night – Friday May 30th!
“The Original HotMess” recently adopted the motto “3rd to NONE!” after Eric Grandy at The Stranger rated it as the 2nd best gay party in Seattle, ranked just after the #1 party “COMEBACK! at Chop Suey.” And now in an unexpected twist the two parties square off head-to-head on the same Friday night.
But it doesn’t have to be like that. There is plenty of time in the evening during the five hours from 9 pm to 2 am to enjoy BOTH parties. Each party is packed with some of the most sinful special guests direct from NYC that Seattle may not see again in a long time. COMEBACK! is hosted by the national phenomenon, The Ass and features the legendary Miss Guy. While HotMess features the sensational multi-media artist and eletro-pop musician JER BER JONES and the ultimate King of Sleaze, Mario Diaz.
If you go to either event early in the night they are just $5 each and HotMess is even offering free entry before 11 pm for those that e-mail the promoters and get on a list before midnight tonight (Thursday May 29). It is very possible to do both events in one night and the best way to look at it is at least you won’t be bored to death wondering what to do like a typical Friday night on Capitol Hill.
