Moderate Republican Mary Skinner dies

Former State Representative Mary Skinner has died less than a year after her last term in office. Skinner is from the 14th District of Yakima and very very moderate Republican who never jumped on the anti-gay band wagon throughout the 1990’s. Sad…she will be missed.
