The 7th Annual Seattle Festival of Improv Theater starts today

The 2009 Seattle Festival of Improv Theater runs Feb 19 – 22.

SFIT 2009 will feature performances by Bassprov (Chicago, IL), Dirty Water (Chicago, IL), FrenkenMatt (Los Angeles, CA–From MAD TV), Get Up (Austin, TX) as well as local favorites Blood Squad, Quiet Monkey Fight and Improsia, among others.

In addition, Improv classes will be taught by these performers and most of them have already sold out.

Year after year in Seattle this is an Improv event you shouldn’t miss out on. There are many performances to choose from (ten total) over the next four days including performances at 8pm and 10:30pm at both the Historic University Theater, 5510 University Way NE and The Market Theater, 1428 Post Alley. The infamous Dust-Up is on Sunday. Tickets are $15 (GA) or $45 for a VIP pass good for all shows.
