Seems like just yesterday but The BottleNeck Lounge, “the tiniest bar on Madison,” has reached that Terrible Twos stage as they celebrate their 2nd anniversary on Saturday, March 7th, beginning at 8pm with complimentary champagne until 9pm…but the festivities will last all night long.
Traditionally, second anniversaries are acknowledged with gifts of cotton and The BottleNeck will follow suit (pun intended). We’ll by giving away SUPER-COOL cotton T-shirts from regional breweries, big beer companies, and local supporters every 15 minutes until close. We’ve got shirts from Roslyn Brewing, Georgetown Brewery, Iron Horse, Stone, and of course, lots and lots of stuff from Pabst Blue Ribbon. We’ll also feature cutting-edge fashion from Skillet, The Stranger, Capitol Hill Seattle Blog and even Babeland, which is reportedly contributing cotton briefs. Who knows – if you stay all night you could win an entire wardrobe…
And at 9pm, The BottleNeck debuts its long awaited Spring edition of the Hair of The Dog Drink Menu. Discounts on Skyy Vodka cocktails and their famous Bloody Mary until closing time.
The BottleNeck Lounge is both a gay-friendly straight lounge AND a straight-friendly gay lounge. They were awarded Best Gay Bar Because It Isn’t Just A Gay Bar by The Seattle Weekly and Best Neighborhood Bar in Western Washington by KING 5.
BottleNeck Lounge Turns Two! is Saturday March 7, 2009.
