It’s time for another Kwanchai Happy Hour from Jonathan Mathews Design Group on Friday March 20, 2009 at their South Lake Union office space. Kwanchai hosts a monthly Happy Hour in support of a different local nonprofit or charitable organization within our community every month. Some of the past recipients include Safe School Coalitions, Camp Ten Trees, Rise N’Shine, Equal Rights Washington and Lambert House among many many others.
During the Happy Hour they collect items from the organization’s “Wish List” and any monetary donations:

For March’s Happy Hour the nonprofit organization is Youth Theatre Northwest – Helping Kids Find Their Light Since 1984 – www.youththeatre.org
Mission: Youth Theatre Northwest nurtures the intellectual, artistic and personal development of children and youth through drama, education, performing opportunities and live theatre experiences. Both a theatre and a school, YTN’s curriculum is designed to develop life skills such as confidence, critical and creative thinking, cooperation, and aesthetic sensitivity.
