Dos Fallopia: Déjà Poo starts Thursday May 14 at Theatre Off Jackson. “dé·jà poo: The undeniably eerie feeling that you’ve seen this crap before…”
Seattle sketch-comedy mavens Lisa Koch and Peggy Platt (Dos Fallopia) offer up a dose of their classic sketches. Drawing from their vast arsenal of quirky material, Lisa and Peggy have selected some of their favorite spoofs and dysfunctional characters, including: Fran and Annie’s 12-Step Day Care; granola duo Mud (Compost Morningdew and Dolphin-Free Tuna Womon); aging rockers Heartwood Mac; perverse nun Sister Mary Agnes; and mother-daughter country superstars The Spudds in “The Big Valley of the Dolls.” Pianist D.J. Gommels joins the duo.
San Francisco Bay Times proclaimed, “…two of the funniest, most irreverent comedians I’ve seen in years.”
The show is May 14 – 17 at 7:30pm. Saturday’s show has an optional pre-show reception benefiting Theatre Off Jackson if you choose that ticket. You can get tickets if you go here.
