Carlotta’s Late Night Wing Ding (a cabaret, talk show, party what-haveya, liberal, artsy, hoedown celebration) is May 15 & 16, 2009 at 10:30pm.
Carlotta’s Late Night Wing Ding celebrates, as Carlotta puts it, “The LIBERAL NEKKID 60’s!” with special musical guest Jackie Hell!
Well, this month The cast is slated to have the opening number from the musical “Hair”… Carlotta says, “It’s called ‘the Dawnin’ of the Age of Aquariums’… that’s because they knew even back then about the Green Giant House Effect… that everthang would melt & all we’d have left were mermaids & aquariums.”
Since Carlotta is a self proclaimed “Liberal” now she has embraced the ideals of the 60’s. “Since my grandson came out of the closet door I had to become a liberal if I was to except him… so I figure anything goes now… it’s hard but I’m tryin'” The show (though it’s not THE official “Naked Nite”) is half price if you come in half nekkid, buck nekkid a buck. Or come dressed in your favorite hippies garb & get $2.00 off (that’s only $5.00 to get in!) “…be careful about bringin’ in them twisted up cig’rettes” says Carlotta… “I cain’t stop ye, I’m not the po-lice and I’m liberal now… but if the po-lice was to show up they could close us down!”
