It’s the third Friday of the month and there’s free boats of french fries at Capitol Hill’s Pike Street Fish Fry from 5pm – 7pm. That’s right free! Along with $2 pints of Flat Tire beer. The place gets really crowded on Free Fries Fridays so don’t wait till the last minute.
Pike Street Fish Fry has really improved in quality and value since the first time I visited this place though the stuff they serve is pretty greasy. If you also splurge for one of their fried seafood orders be sure they include the deep fried slice of lemon. They sometimes leave it out.
