La Roux (Elly Jackson and Ben Langmaid from London) has been on our side column calendar of events for months but if you didn’t already buy your tickets for tonight’s concert at the Showbox, too bad and too sad, it’s sold out! Last time La Roux was in Seattle they were at Chop Suey. Tonight it’s at the Showbox. Next time it will probably be in the Tacoma Dome. Their awesome tunes are sometimes criticized as sounding too 80’s. As if that’s even possible. Seattle’s hottest DJ to the stars Colby B opens the event.
