Northern Xposure Weekend is just around the corner (Aug 19-22, 2010) with some amazing events filled with great music and fun people and 100% of proceeds raised goes directly to Lambert House.
Events begin with a Kickoff Social on Thursday, August 19, 2010 at CC Attle’s from 6pm – 10pm for a night of drinks, “beef” and general merriment.
On Friday, August 20, 2010 – Beefy Buxom Bonfire on Alki Beach in West Seattle from 7pm – 10:30pm, one of the most well attended events over the years.
Also on Friday – MuscleUp! with DJ Brian Gorr at The Seattle Eagle from 9pm – 4am. It’s no secret that I think DJ Brian Gorr is one of the best, if not the top DJ in Seattle’s gay scene. Brian packs the house whenever and wherever he spins and Muscle Up! at Seattle Eagle is sure to be an epic event for that bar.
On Saturday, August 21, 2010 – Mythos Return of The Dragon with DJ John LePage at Neumos from 9pm – 3am. John is an institution for the legendary Mythos dance and was recently at Cuff during the 4th of July weekend for their Red, White & Blue Party. He was also at Seven Deadly Sins: GREED back in October.
Also returning this year is the event ValkyrieQueer!, a night for all Warrior Maidens, with DJ Joy at Wildrose from 9pm – 2am.
On Sunday, August 22, 2010 – SWEAT-ea Closing Tea Dance with DJ Ted Eiel at The Baltic Room from 6pm – 2am. Most remember Eiel from a great set at Seven Deadly Sins: LUST back on MLK Weekend. Half price cover before 9pm.
