Music and the Madness: The Quit is hosting a big CD release party at Chop Suey, this Friday, August 6!

August 5, 2010• bySeattle Gay Scene

Lead vocalist Scott Shoemaker wowed us in his role as Prince in Brown Derby’s recent travesty of Purple Rain at Re-bar a few weeks back and now you can support him and his excellent band, The Quit, this Friday, August 6 at Chop Suey, 1325 East Madison for the big CD release party for their second album, “Stars Invisisble By Day”. Also on the bill will be Animals At Night featuring Graig Markel and Mal de Mer featuring members from The Divorce and Slender Means. The hoopla starts at 9pm and tickets are $8 in advance (buy them here) or $10 at the door…AND, you’ll get a free copy of the CD with your ticket purchase…SWEET!
