Stuff to Do Tonight, Friday, 8/27/10: It’s Free! It’s Family Friendly! It’s Candleshoe screening at Cal Anderson Park!

August 27, 2010• bySeattle Gay Scene

The last entry in Three Dollar Bill’s Free Outdoor Summer Movie Screening series, Blonde but Not Forgotten is the Disney film, “Candleshoe” starring everyone’s favorite kinda out lesbian actress, Jodie Foster. It starts at dusk (8ish?), so for best seating, get there by 7:30ish and don’t forget to bring a Snuggie or two; it’s chilly in the evenings now! AND, they’ll be Hot Chocolate and Popcorn for sale. AND, don’t forget to register for a chance to win a $100 Gift Certificate from series sponsor, Urban Outfitters. AND, don’t forget the Seattle Lesbian Gay Film Festival is just around the corner (October 15); the films are announced around September 15, and they need VOLUNTEERS, (orientation is September 26). That’s a lot of “ands”… Have fun and send us PICTURES if you go to this (or any) event…We’d be dee-lighted to post them and share them with everyone!
