Our beloved State Senator, Ed Murray is running for re-election and he’s kicking off his campaign tonight at 5:30pm at the Cal Anderson Shelter House. Join Ed and his partner Michael Shiosaki and mingle and network with local political junkies. There’ll be Molly Moon’s ice cream, snacks and beer/wine (over 21, please) and don’t forget to bring your checkbook…Team Murray would be very happy for your financial support to keep his campaign running.
For 15 years, Seattle has relied upon the leadership of Ed Murray to pass landmark LGBT civil rights and domestic partnership legislation, call for higher emission standards to keep our air clean, create progressive transportation choices, and fight for K-12 and higher education.
