It’s going to be a sexy, zexy, marabou and sequins kind of weekend at the Triple Door starting Thursday and running through Saturday as the Swedish Housewife presents the 4th annual “House of Thee Unholy” burlesque show featuring the BEST in local/national striptease artiste talent! Tickets are still available for all five shows but a lucky SGS reader is getting the chance to WIN two tickets to the Thursday night opening performance! The most famous burlesque star of all time was Gypsy Rose Lee, a native of Seattle and the subject of the beloved musical, “Gypsy”. We all remember the story of Gypsy and her relationship with her Mama but she also had a sister. That sister ran away from the grasp of her overbearing stage mother and became a star on her own.
