I went to last spring’s Lucha VaVoom show at The Showbox/Sodo and loved it and I’m very happy to see that the luchadores and “Artistas de Striptease” are returning to Seattle this Thursday, October 21 for one night only at the Showbox at the Market. If you haven’t experienced the magic and the raunch of Mexican wrestling, then you need to get off your culos and check it out…it’s hella fun! It also doesn’t hurt that most of the wrestlers are hotter than hell and for you gents and ladies who like the ladies, the Strippers are pretty tasty as well. We also get the added bonus of a the amazing queer wrestler, (known as “exoticos”) Cassandro!

Combining class, elegance & Hollywood glamour, Cassandro is Lucha VaVOOM’s “Queen of the Ring.” He is the current Lightweight World Champion – the first exotico in history to hold that title, and, he recently appeared at the Louvre, exhibiting Lucha Libre to the hoi polloi in Paris.
Don’t let the Liberace-like extravagance fool you; Cassandro is a lethal combination of frost n’ tip and prison tattoos; you do not want mess with him!
