We’ve already talked a lot about Dan Savage’s awesome new project to reach out to LGBTQ kids that are bullied and suicidal, “It Gets Better!”. It’s received a huge amount of media attention and the project has gotten so large that YouTube had to give them more space for all the videos that people have been posting. Local photographer Morgan Elizabeth wants to do a large group “It Gets Better” video and it’s happening TOMORROW, Saturday, October 9. Here’s the facts:
Subject: Shoot is Tomorrow!
Just a reminder to everyone that we are filming for the “It Gets Better” project starting at 3pm tomorrow. You can show up anytime between 3 and 6, but would love for a bunch to make it around 4pm for a big, group cuddle shot where we shout “It Gets Better!”Bring your loved ones. Nobody has to speak on camera unless they want to. We want to see hand holding, hugs, laughter, and compassion. Let’s show the great community that we have!
