New Year’s Eve, however, is another story. Celebrate the end of 2010 and the beginning of 2011 (!) at UnTucked – the 1st time her show has fallen on this special night. Make Lily’s show your 1st stop on your NYE itinerary.

Lezbro is billed as a night for “A night for fag hags, dyke tykes & fruitflies!” That’s a lovely come-on but wouldn’t that apply to every bar on Capitol Hill? (Well, maybe not the Elysian…totes Straightsville in there!) Lezbro also has a colorful press release for this month’s event:
DJ’s L.A. Kendall & Tony Burns continue to team up to bring you LEZBRO, 2nd Fridays at The Wildrose (1021 E. Pike St., Seattle). LEZBRO is a night for fag hags (ladies that love themselves some gay boys), dyke tykes (guys that pal around with ladies who love ladies) & fruit-flies (straight people that like to hang with the queers)! In short COME AS YOU ARE! Everyone is welcome! The dance floor will be flooded with all kinds of jams – Hip Hop, 80’s, Old School, 90’s, Freestyle, House Classics, Electro remixes. There’s something for all! At Lezbro, you might even occasionally find some random, spontaneous performances by local queer artists. Anything goes!
This month’s installment of LEZBRO features a special performance by “Miss Yum Yum Give Me Some”, “The Golden Glamazon”: Sydni Deveraux! Burlesque peeler, producer, teacher, and chanteuse, Sydni has a tendency to pull her audiences into her glamorous land, only to show them that sometimes glamour is twisted, flamboyant and thoughtful.
Head to the Wildrose, 1021 East Pike Street between 9pm and 2am. It’s a cheap cover ($3) but not a cheap date. Check it…
