The 7pm show is sold out, but a few tickets remain for the 9:30pm screening of Central Cinema’s “Groundhog Day Quote Along”. I’m not sure if I could put up with people yakking their mouths during the screening, but if you enjoy sassin’ back to the screen, then go for it. And, Groundhog Day is living proof that the Academy Awards are worthless, because they didn’t shower ANY love on this delightfully written, directed and performed film. Frankly, it’s probably the best film comedy written in the last twenty years.
And, the best use of Sonny & Cher’s “I Got You, Babe”….
