Take a break from the spooky season and join Three Dollar Bill Cinema’s Reel Queer Film Club Tuesday, October 27 at Regal Cinebarre Mountlake for Wicker featuring queer film fan favorite Alexander Skarsgård in a tantalizing new role. Tickets are only $3!

As queer folks, we know a thing or two about challenging heteronormative expectations, and this film looks ready to turn traditional ideas of love and relationships on their heads. Add Olivia Colman and Peter Dinklage to the mix, and we’re in for a treat!

Come hang out with your fellow queer film fanatics for a little movie magic, some unconventional romance, and a whole new way to think about wicker. Yes, wicker. Trust us.

Movie starts at 8:30PM but we’ll be hanging in the lobby starting around 7:30PM with drinks!

Wicker

On the outskirts of a village by the sea, lives a Fisherwoman; smelly, single and perpetually ridiculed. One day, fed up with her stuffy, small-minded neighbours, she commissions herself a husband to be made from wicker. In an otherwise conservative town, this unconventional romance sparks outrage, jealousy and chaos.
