Judge Delays Decision on Releasing Names

Federal Judge Settle has delayed his decision about releasing the names of the petition signers of Ref. 71 until September 10, 2009 but he did release the petitions to Washington Families Standing Together (WAFST) for their challenge in Thurston County Court. The specific reports in the lawsuit of fraudulent signatures being accepted is pretty upsetting and everyone has been denied access to all of the petitions up until their limited release today to WAFST.
