The Swedish Housewife presents House of Thee UnHoly #3: The Led Zeppelin Rocklesque Extravaganza. This is “A Love Letter to the Music and Art of Led Zeppelin” with Live Music and 12 Dancers.
For the third blockbuster year, The Swedish Housewife brings her love letter to the music and art of Led Zeppelin to the Triple Door on September 16, 17, and 18. After the outrageous success of last year’s opulent production, complete with an onstage band set on Giant Causeway, and a Zeppelin hanging from the rafters, this year’s show plays for six consecutive shows across three nights.
With 90 minutes of nonstop sex, drugs and rock & roll, this collaborative production draws from a kaleidoscopic disciplinary range of virtuoso actors, singers, musicians, and talented modern, ballet and burlesque dancers. The incredibly accomplished cast of 21 vanguard contributors each bring unique magic to this landmark rock-lesque extravaganza.
House of Thee UnHoly is conceived and directed by The Swedish Housewife, with lead choreographic direction from, Waxie Moon aka Marc Kenison.
The band features the vocals of Nick Garrison, Jen Ayers and Scott Shoemaker. Performances by Miss Indigo Blue, Waxie Moon, Lily Verlaine, Leroi The Girl Boi, Inga Ingenue, Heidi Von Haught, Polly Wood, Bertram Johnson, Ricki Mason, Sylvan, Graham Stockdale, Lydia McLane, and The Swedish Housewife.
For those who love Led Zeppelin, Burlesque, and the arts, this is the must-see show.
September 16, 17, and 18 at 7:30pm (17+) and 10pm (21+) at The Triple Door, 216 Union St, Seattle. Cost is $25 in advance and $28 Day of show. More info and tickets at www.thetripledoor.net.
