Hot Flash plays an eclectic mix of the greatest dance tracks from the 70s to today. And Hot Flash is held early enough in the night so you can groove through the entire dance or make plans elsewhere to continue to party afterwards.
Pauline Miriam, the brains behind Hot Flash Dance Parties, started Hot Flash in Portland, OR in 2004. Now they are in six different cities and she plans on adding more. Hot Flash Dances are just not for those over 35 anymore. They are for those that love great music from the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s. They are for those who love to be around sassy and mature women and enjoy having a great time in a fun environment.
