The Seahawks discovered that the end of the NFL Playoff road is in Green Bay. For the second year in a row the Seattle Seahawks did not make it to the NFC Championship. In their entire history the Seahawks have only won a single playoff game when away from their home stadium, back in 1983. They also lost to Green Bay before in a Wild-Card playoff game back in 2003 during Overtime.
The end of the season may also mean the departure of several prominent Seahawk players such as Pro Bowl Cornerback Marcus Trufant who will become a free agent and is able to sign with another NFL team.
The team fought hard in both playoff games this season but alas fans must once again wait till next year.
