I recently noticed this sign posted on the door of Purr:

“Elegance!” “Platinum Level!” “Doors open at 8 pm” when they normally have happy hour from 3 to 7 pm. Are they going to close the doors then reopen them again at 8 pm? What sort of soirée could they possibly have planned tonight? What better excuse to drag our butts out on a Wednesday night.
(Wow, if I was married to Purr Cocktail Lounge I would be in the doghouse right now considering I almost missed its 2nd Anniversary. Or maybe “doghouse” is the wrong word)
UPDATE:Purr is closed today until 8 pm when they open for their anniversary party with fabulous drink specials.
