Rumor is Quinn’s, a new gastropub located on Pike Street, will open on Thursday October 25. It is a rumor because I have no printed information to verify that fact. 
It appears that they have been working feverishly to complete it over the past week. The sign is up, the windows are now uncovered and polished and the interior is actually being stocked with beverages. Today’s article in the Seattle Times says they will open at the end of the month so maybe it will be sort of a soft opening. Or maybe they are not ready yet. However, if you are in the neighborhood of 1001 Pike Street check it out.UPDATE: Quinn’s is open and ready for business.
