Vermillion Gallery is part of 11th Avenue’s growth

Vermillion is a gallery specializing in narrative, representational and pop art located at 1508 11th Avenue between Baraca Lounge and the Annex Theatre. Together with Grey Gallery and Lounge (located on the other side of Barca) they represent the stunning revival (or better yet the birth) of 11th Ave as being a vibrant cultural strip between Pike and Pine Streets.

Vermillion in the process of finalizing the wine bar and should be open in March (They are applying the endless layers of lacquer to the top).

The gallery has an excellent blog that is updated frequently. They also have a MySpace page that they update frequently.
