“Naked Ladies” at the Annex Theatre

May 6, 2008• bySeattle Gay Scene

Annex Theatre Company presents the World Premiere of “Naked Ladies” Fridays and Saturdays at 11 pm, Annex’s Gail Stellner Theatre, 1100 East Pike Street: May 16 – May 31st.

Ben Laurance (left), Paul Gude, and Becky Poole are
featured in Annex Theatre’s NAKED LADIES, a comedy
in the style of Vaudeville and the “road movies” of the 1940s.

“Naked Ladies” chronicles the bumbling misadventures of two hack vaudevillians (Gude and Laurance) wandering aimlessly across a desolate landscape when they come across a briefcase labelled “NAKED LADIES” – but as the world they live in has never known such a thing, they have no idea what’s inside. But they suspect it may be the answer to all their problems! If only they can keep the briefcase away from a cunning Coyote (Poole), their lives could be turned upside down by NAKED LADIES…

Tickets are just $9. For more information go to www.annextheatre.org
