On Sunday, Nov 29, Morrissey kicks off his U.S. tour in Seattle at The Paramount Theatre and some tickets still remain.
His new songs seem to reflect how he feels at the moment.
These songs relate to the fact that he has already written special, desperately touchy songs about how he felt during the 70s, 80s and 90s, during his teens, 20s, 30s and 40s. The person who wrote those songs in the 1980s is now writing these new songs twenty/twenty five years later, and he is clearly the same person, but different, precisely because he wrote those 1980s songs, and because he decided to carry on. Or, had no choice…
And if you have the privilege of seeing him live this weekend, don’t be rude and get yourself kicked out:
