Tonight, Friday December 25, 2009 is Christmas Fringe at Seattle Eagle: Saving Seattle Nightlife in supporting the new City Attorney Pete Holmes and Lifelong AIDS Alliance.
One thing I noticed is one of the DJs is Stella Rose. That was a surprise to me as she was also quick to admit:
If you didn’t know we DJ’ed its okay, neither did we. We come bearing music that is better than yours. We don’t want to hear any more songs about paparazzi, or hitting someone on their beeper and if you do you can stick the baby jesus in it. Tis the season after all. Come to FRINGE. Let us show…you what good music sounds like by not playing Lady Gaga, or Kylie Minogue, or that fucking god damn beeper song. In fact we really aren’t going to play you anything from before the early 1980s. not even if you ask nicely. Why? Because your music taste is awful. Come, dance, and suck it. Merry XXXmas.
