Mystery Team at Central Cinema

January 19, 2010• bySeattle Gay Scene

Mystery Team is coming to Seattle this weekend!

They were kid detectives. Now they’re eighteen and still solving child crimes. When challenged to solve a murder, the Team sees an opportunity to prove they’re real detectives. A dark world of drugs, crime, and swear word awaits them.

The movie premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2009 and has had selected openings around the country. Portland opened on Friday and Seattle will have the opportunity to see this flick from Friday January 22 – Saturday January 30, 2010.

The creator of the film is Derrick Comedy, which took a break from creating their popular Internet comedy skits on YouTube to film this movie and they will be at the screening in person on Friday and Saturday, January 22-23, 2010.

Some have criticized making the move from their popular YouTube comedy forum to the big screen. You be the judge for yourself.

The 7pm show is all ages and the 9:30pm show is 21+ only. Tickets are just $6 and available www.central-cinema.com.
More info about the movie is available at www.mysteryteam-movie.com.
The movie is worth seeing and Central Cinema is also a lot of fun.
