Blade Runner (1982) is one of the greatest sci-fi movies of all time yet it is also one of the most under appreciated. On Thursday April 8, 2010 the folks behind Fringe Fridays are putting on a special tribute at the Seattle Eagle with a special birthday party for Kevin Kauer (Nark), Angel Ceballos and Samantha Klapp.

Get into it! You don’t haveeeee to dress up… you won’t be turned away.. you’ll just ruin our birthdays and we’ll hate you forever.
With DJs Jodi Bon Jodi, Nark and Dee Jay Jack the party starts at 9pm with drink specials all night and best of all it’s free.
It is really nice to see that the younger generation still connects with a sci-fi movie that is nearly thirty years old. Personally, I still hold very bitter feelings that the movie Gandhi stole the Oscar for Best Art Direction – Set Decoration. Sure, Gandhi, was a great man, a legend beyond legends, but we’re talking about Blade Runner.
