Finally! International sensation and cabaret star Dina Martina now has her own YouTube channel…it’s about time! It’s only got one (hilarious) video on it, but isn’t that how Paris Hilton got started? And, Larry Fishburnes’s kid? She’s been making Seattle, Provincetown, NYC and London audiences pee their pants with laughter for the last 30 years…now the folks in Peoria, Mumbai and Tierra del Fuego can see what all the fuss is about… To be honest, I actually have a hard time watching this video because I remember the FIRST time I saw it at a Dina Xmas show at Re-bar; I almost gave myself a brain hemorrhage from laughing so hard…you’ve been warned…Take an Advil before viewing.
The delightful single mom and best friend of Joyce deWitt, Whoopi Goldberg and John Waters is tickling the ivories in Provincetown at The Crown & Anchor now through September 18 before heading down to NYC for a weekend at the Laurie Beechman Theater, September 23-25. No word on ticket sales for her annual Xmas show at Re-bar…we’ll keep you posted. As charter members of the Dina Martina Fan Club, I’m obligated to keep you abreast of her doings…also, I’m a drop-out from Bryman College so I have a vested interest in them as well…I hope their swim team goes to State this year!
