We all come across these random websites and blogs that we instantly fall in love with…they might not be famous, but they can be enormously entertaining, or poignant, or funny, or artsy, or filthy. We should share them with each other; if you come across a great unknown site that you think would be of interest to Seattle Gay Scene readers, let me know so we can share it with each other. Write me; I don’t bite. First one I have for you, is from Joe Oppedisano a New York fashion/erotic photographer…dude is pretty hardcore (but arty hardcore) so it is definitely NSFW so you’ve been warned. He not only has some great photography to display, but some fascinating posts as well…he’s not a great speller or grammarian, but he can tell a mean story…here’s one of my favorites…
welcome to my studio.
95 christopher st,
corner of christopher and bleaker
was my home for 15 years.
amy sedaris was my next door neighbor,
and the day i moved in, she came knocking on my door,
in a 50’s sun-dress, kerchief on her head,
cat eye glasses,
and a tea cup…
asking to borrow a cup of sugar.
i had not yet touched the boxes the movers had just brought,
i was flabbergasted.
i dont
i said
u smoke pot?
she asked
yup
she left.
5 minutes later, she returned w/a bag of weed,
a bowl,
a bottle of vodka,
a bottle of OJ,
and 2 pain killers.we were friends for life.
Love it…don’t you wish you lived next door to Amy Sedaris? Or, Joe Oppedisano for that matter…
