So many options for entertainment thrills for this coming Friday, September 24…you can be reverent AND enjoy some toe-tapping good music in a church, or enjoy some fine cabaret at Re-bar with Sylvia, or get nasty on the dance floor with some hot geigh boys. Choices are a wonderful thing…
The lovely folks at Multifaith Works are sponsoring a night of music, both divine and not so divine, they are calling, “Many Voices; One Song” this Friday at St. Mark’s Cathedral, 1245 10th Ave East. They have a VERY diverse line-up of talent scheduled including those naughty men from “Captain Smartypants” and those delightful ladies from the Women’s Chorus, “Sensible Shoes”. Not to mention the gospel sounds of “The Rob-A-Live Singers” and the crowd pleasing drumming of the Seattle Kokon Taiko Drummers and organist (that word ALWAYS makes me giggle) Alan DePuy on St. Mark’s iconic Flentrop Organ. Really, there is SOMETHING for everyone in this line-up. Get your tickets NOW!
A different sort of divine, Sylvia & Tor have a brand new night of cabaret to present at Re-bar starting this Friday, at Re-bar at 8pm that they’ll encore on Saturday night as well. Read all about it:

For rowdier/naughtier/dancey fun, you always have the option of Chop Suey’s monthly Comeback! probably BEST known for their FILTHY (and delightful) posters they plaster all over Capitol Hill telephone poles.
