Oh Man, this is going to ruuuule!! COMEBACK starts off Halloween weekend with a no-holes-barred spooktacular!!
We welcome Portland’s latest dark-disco phenomenons REPORTER, performing live!! Fans of Moroder, Jon Carpenter, Cerrone, Glass Candy should absolutely not miss this show!! Reporter have played 3 mind-blowing, fog-and-laser drenched shows at Pony, we are thrilled to have them come up the street to Chop Suey and dazzle the Comeback masses!!
We also welcome the ever-so-vampy LADY BOB as our guest-star DJ this month!! This lady specializes in the dark delights and will have y’all gettin’ down to the very bestest goth-tastic dancefloor anthems.
Comeback residents COLBY B and DJ PORQ will of course be on the decks as well, laying down a fabulous/frightening mix of electro-evil, mutant-disco, and haunted-house music!!

BUMP’s performers include emcee Ben DeLaCreme, renowned dancer Waxie Moon, the “little blonde bomb” Inga Ingenue, boylesque’s prima ballerina Paris Original, fire performances by Furthermore Collective, and many more! BUMP’s live show will be seamlessly integrated into five-hours of non-stop thumping beats spun by three of the Northwest’s most popular DJ’s. Nastina, Michael Holden, and dj spaceotter are sure to pack the dance floor with their energetic performances.
Option #3 is Superfriends at Neighbours:
Friday 10/29 Begins with ‘Lily Armanis; unTucked’ with doors @ 7:30p, Followed by ‘SUPERFRIENDS SUPERHERO COSTUME BALL’ Hosted by RICHARD J DALTON and Recording Artist MEL AKAI!!. There will be a Costume Contest with CASH Prizes!! DJ RICHARD J DALTON and DJ DANA DUB will be spinning! Afterhours til 4am with 18+ at 2am.
Option #4 is Sister Dawnna’s Nightmare at R Place:
Why not take that fantastic dip into your psyche and show it off at Sister Dawnna’s Nightmare, Friday, October 29th at R-Place (619 E. Pine St.) starting at 8 pm? Prizes will be awarded at midnight for the top three best costumes, $1,000 for first; $500 for second and $250 for third, so make sure you are there for your chance to win. All this, drink specials, and US to entertain you, for a mere donation of $10 at the door. It beats sitting at home with the lights off hoping that the doorbell doesn’t ring, because you forgot to buy candy, and the only thing you have to give out is the trial sized shampoos you swiped from your last hotel stay.
