Twitter Tempest In A Tea Pot: Andy Cohen Calls One Direction Twinks Then Apologizes. GROW A PAIR, ANDY!

He Doesn’t Look Sorry To Me…

Andy Cohen, Bravo Exec and host of his own show Watch What Happens: Live, has started Twitstorm by calling British Boy Band One Direction twinks on Today  as well as on Twitter.  One Direction fans are OUTRAGED that Cohen would use a derogatory term like Twink to describe the dreamy, young and svelte members of…wait when did Twink become a derogatory word?  Last time I checked it was simply gay slang for a dreamy, young a svelte gay man.  Oh, wait!  That’s right One Direction gets pissed when anyone hints that a member might be gay and so do the legions of teenage girls that dream of dry humping them in their parent’s rumpus room…like that will EVER happen.

Grow-up One Direction fans.  Twink is not a derogatory term, you are NEVER going to have sex with ANY member of that band (gay or straight), and get a hobby!

Now, as for Mr. Chohen GROW A PAIR!  You have made yourself a celebrity by saying catty and chatty things on TV.  Don’t back down just because a bunch of fan girls (likely middle-aged housewives) on Twitter are throwing you shade.  Stand by your statement don’t recant.  RuPaul wouldn’t apologize and neither should you, Mary.

Thank you HuffPo Gay Voices (ugh, really that name) for the lead.
