Yup…The Season 8 RPDR Gals Hit Seattle’s Moore Theatre On September 16

August 11, 2016• byMichael Strangeways

Season 8 The Queens 300x500They’ve already swung through Portland back in July but now they’re scheduled to pay Seattle a visit. It’s Murray & Peter’s tour of the Season 8 stars from “RuPaul’s Drag Race” hitting the stage at our own intimate Moore Theatre on Friday, September 16th at 8 pm.

The Seattle show stars the winner of RPDR Season 8, comedy legend BOB THE DRAG QUEEN along with her two runners up, Kim Chi and Naomi Smalls with popular fellow contestants Chi Chi DeVayne and Thorgy Thor also on hand. It’s all hosted by RPDR’s Season 7’s Miss Congeniality, Katya.

Sorry, Robbie Turner Fans…our own divoon princess is not scheduled to perform. That’s frequently the case with these drag tours…the producers figure, why would locals want to see a local diva that they see all the time? But, you can see Robbie (and Derrick Barry) on other stops of this tour. For now, Seattle is the last announced stop, but it looks like they’ll soon announce more shows to follow.

You can snag tickets over HERE for this show. There’s a variety of options including fancy VIP packages that include meetin’ and greetin’ with the divas and prime front row seating.

There’s a LOT of big drag shows coming to Seattle in the weeks ahead including another show with Bob the Drag Queen at Neighbours. However, this Season 8 Queens Tour has the advantage of: 1) It’s a theater show with REAL seats. And, real theater shows have to stay on schedule. So, no standing around a night club until 1 am waiting for your diva to come on and do her two numbers… Plus: theater shows have better production values…you get a better show for your buck.

Oh, and you get to see SIX big stars….not just two.

Also: it’s an all ages show so it’s a rare opportunity for the under 21 crowd to see their beloved drag superstars.

Choose wisely.

Update: We’ve had some questions about the pricing and VIP Levels so here’s the poo:

Standard Seats: $53.50 Main Floor, $37.50 lower balcony and $21.50 upper balcony. Note this is Ticketmaster so there WILL be added charges.

*VIP ticket packages:

Ultimate Fan Ticket: $267.50 Guaranteed front row reserved seat, priority line to meet the queens and take pics first starting at 6pm (before the show), plus receive an autographed tour poster and customized laminate pass with lanyard.

Super Fan Ticket: $160.50 Guaranteed second row reserved seat, priority line to meet the queens and take pics first starting at 6pm (before the show), plus receive an autographed tour poster and customized laminate pass with lanyard.

VIP Ticket: $80.50  Premium main floor reserved seat plus a meet and greet and pics with all the queens starting at 6pm.

Season 8 runner up KIM CHI will come to Seattle's Moore Theatre as part of the Season 8 Queens Tour.
