Charli XCX & Troye Sivan’s Sweat Tour Slides Into Lemon Pledge Arena On Wednesday

October 19, 2024• byMichael Strangeways

And, it’s mostly sold out…there’s pricy resale tickets available for those of you with the $$$$. (go look for some at https://www.climatepledgearena.com/event/charli-xcx-troye-sivan-24/ )But, if you didn’t manage to snag yourself a ticket to one of the hottest tours around, at least you can enjoy some related events happening this week at area clubs and bars.

Queer Bar is gettting all “BRAT” on Sunday, October 20th with local drag divas performing almost every song off of Charli xcx’s album…it’s 21+ obviously with doors at 7pm and show at 8pm and performances from Pupusa, Norvina, Kylie Mooncakes, HoochiePapa, Glenn Coco and Viper Fengz.

Mauro van de Kerkhof and Troye Sivan in the ‘Rush’ video.

Madame Lou’s at The Crocodile complex (2505 1st Avenue) is hosting a ‘Sweat After Party’ from 11pm on Wednesday night. It’s not an official thing but it IS the final night of the tour so who knows who might show up?

Get tickets for the party at: https://www.ticketweb.com/event/sweat-tour-after-party-madame-lous-tickets/13680853

Which means all those sexy dancers in the show might be cruising ALL over town after the show celebrating! Like the yummy Mauro van de Kerkhof who is featured in Troye Sivan’s ‘Rush’ and ‘Get Me Started’ videos. He’s a delicious Nederlander treat!!!

In his spare time, he gets slightly obsessive about his love for old movies, challenging theater, "otters", vodka, chocolate, "I,Claudius", Lizzie Borden, real books made out of paper, disaster films, show tunes, Weimar era Germany, flea markets, pop surrealistic art, the sex lives of Hollywood actors both living and dead, kitties, chicken fried steak, haute couture and David Bowie. But, not necessarily in that order.
