Diva In The House! Miss Patti LuPone Takes To The Benaroya Stage…Leave Those Camera Phones OFF!

February 3, 2026• byMichael Strangeways

Miss Patti do NOT mess around…if you take a photo during her upcoming concert at Benaroya Hall or your phone rings or you fart audibly, the Lady LuPone will JUMP off the stage, grab you by your NECK, rip off your pathetic HEAD, and she will…DRINK YOUR BLOOD AND DRAIN YOU DRY!!!!

You have been warned.

Actually, we agree with her. Being a bad audience member deserves some vengeful wraith from the performers. Let them do their job!

There are still a few seats left to see the three time Tony Award winning Broadway star who hits the Benaroya Stage on Thursday, February 27th as part of her revisit to her MATTERS OF THE HEART show which she first performed 25 years ago.

Just don’t expect to hear a medley of “Sunset Boulevard” tunes…

Three-time Tony Award winner Patti LuPone celebrates the 25th Anniversary of the Broadway engagement of her acclaimed theatrical concert Matters of the Heart, which she also performed on London’s West End, as well as national and international tour dates. In Matters of the Heart,  Ms. LuPone takes the audience on an exploration of the crimes, affairs and the mysteries of the heart, with electrifying performances of over two dozen love songs ranging from Broadway favorites to works by today’s top contemporary songwriters.

In his spare time, he gets slightly obsessive about his love for old movies, challenging theater, "otters", vodka, chocolate, "I,Claudius", Lizzie Borden, real books made out of paper, disaster films, show tunes, Weimar era Germany, flea markets, pop surrealistic art, the sex lives of Hollywood actors both living and dead, kitties, chicken fried steak, haute couture and David Bowie. But, not necessarily in that order.
