Seattle’s Capitol Hill may get streetcar by 2012

With light rail on Capitol Hill a mindboggling 8 years away, Broadway Ave could see a streetcar by 2012. Both Broadway and 12th Avenue could be included in the plan. 12th Avenue was built a little wider than most streets because it once had a streetcar. Central District News had their own vision of the streetcar three months ago.
