I took the current percentages of voters from each county that either voted to Approve or Reject Ref. 71 and mulitiplied by the estimated remaining ballots from each county.

Estimated Remaining Ballots: 394,482
Estimated Final Approve Voters: 802823 – 51.98%
Estimated Final Reject Voters: 741705 – 48.02%

This estimate is not completely accurate since the counties are not really reducing the total of their estimated ballots left to be counted.
