February 12 is Abe Lincoln’s birthday. One thing that is going on Tuesday night is Guerrilla Masquerade Party Seattle has a particularly fun bar run planned on Capitol Hill. This event is not exactly “gay” but looks like immense fun anyway since they do not tell the bars that they are coming and dress in all the same themed costume at least every month. Tomorrow people will be growing a beard and donning a big top hat and tuxedo in honor of one of the first gay presidents in history Abe Lincoln. I won’t divulge the entire plan, as it is hush-hush, but I will tell you it starts at 8 pm at the Hideout (1005 Boren Avenue) and goes over to War Room. I wonder if anyone has told them that it is Hip-Hop Lesbian night on Tuesday and not a typical War Room crowd. The bar run will include 8 Capitol Hill bars on Tuesday February 12. Be sure to read their rules on their website such as costumes are required.
