The Human Rights Campaign Seattle (aka the HRC) has just announced that JES, the “reigning queen of Roctronica” will be performing an acoustic set at the 2011 HRC Gala on September 17 at the Westin Seattle. The dance chart topping singer has worked with Tiesto, Armin Van Buuren, BT, and Gabriel & Dresden earning herself fans all over the world. Tickets for the Gala are available at the HRC Seattle website.
Still to be announced are any celebrity speakers or guests of honor. Past HRC galas have featured John Waters, Sandra Bernhard, Lily Tomlin, Johnny Weir and President Bill Clinton as well as local politicians Governor Chris Gregoire, and Senator’s Patty Murray and Maria Cantwell.
